Roger Degninou

Roger Degninou is our local counsel in Niger.

Roger is a member of the Niamey Bar Association since 2001.

Roger focuses on corporate law, specializing in the international corporate governance and international contracts. His practice covers more specifically mergers & acquisitions, banking law, investment funds & capital market and loan, arbitration issues, international sales, franchising and product law, real-estate law, construction law, energy, environment, natural resources and infrastructure law.

He is indeed involved in environment and ecology issues since he provides legal services to the African Park Foundation for instance.
