Moussa Hamidou Fazil

Maitre Moussa Hamidou Fazil is our local counsel in Mali

He obtained a law degree cum laude at the University of Bamako in 1984 as well as a MA/MS/MSc magna cum laude in private and judicial law in 1990.

Moussa also holds a PhD in law from the University of Bordeaux in 1999 and a Masters in Insurance law and economics in 1995.

Moussa is a member of the Permanent Commission for the Reform of Mali Law and a teacher at the University of Bamako.
