Mamboleo Omar

Mamboleo Omar is our local counsel in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

He concentrates on corporate law. He has an important non-contentious practice in corporate transactions, restructuring and insolvency law.

Omar has also a strong corporate and commercial litigation practice (management of contentious disputes in the field of company managers? Liability and shareholder exclusions, corporate and commercial cross-border disputes). He frequently pleads in French and Dutch.

He is the author and co-author of three corporate law textbooks, written in French on the legal regime of private companies by shares and private limited liability companies on the one hand, and on the working order of a firm's social bodies on the other hand.
