Kayitare François

Kayitare François is our local counsel in Rwanda.

 

His expertise lies essentially in tax disputes, international tax law, VAT, the tax regime of entities active in non-merchant sectors and corporate tax law. Accounting law, personnel income tax, local taxes and customs duties are also dealt with.

 

EDUCATION

From 2000 to 2001: LL.M (Master of Laws) studies in Business Law at National University of Rwanda, Faculty of Law.

From 1995 to 1998: University studies (undergraduate) at National University of Rwanda, Faculty of Law (Four years of Bachelor of Laws-LL.B).
