Jean Bernard Padare

Jean Bernard Padare is our local counsel in Chad.

Bernard concentrates on corporate law. He has an important non-contentious practice in corporate transactions, restructuring and insolvency law.

He specializes in bankruptcy and reorganization, company restructuring and composition procedures.

He has also a strong corporate and commercial litigation practice (management of contentious disputes in the field of company managers' liability and shareholder exclusions, corporate and commercial cross-border disputes).
