Contract Negotiation
A daily part of our work, accross all our practices, consists in assisting our clients to negotiate contracts. When the contract under negotiation is not governed by local law, we revert where necessary to our colleagues from the other law firms of the Osborne Clarke Alliance or from our "best friends" law firms in other countries. We are used to drafting contracts "from scratch" or to review proposed drafts and we accompany our clients in the negotiation rounds throughout the whole negotiation process if necessary, from the letter of intent (LOI), to the memorandum of understanding (MOU) up to the execution of the final agreement.
