Because we know that litigating before the judicial courts is not always the best solution for the protection of your interests, we are used to assisting our clients in both arbitration or mediation. Some of our lawyers are regularly designated as arbitrators, both by national arbitration institutions and by international arbitration courts. Some others are officially recognized as mediators in civil and commercial matters.
