Albert Kongbeto

Albert KONGBETO is our local counsel in Central African Republic.

He is an expert in corporate law, deals with arbitration matters at the national and international levels, and acts both as arbitrator and attorney.

The president of the local OHADA Club (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa.

Albert obtained his law degree at the University of Bangui (1985), a degree in administrative law at the VUB (1986) and a degree in tax law at the ESSF (1989).
